Valentine's Day was very bittersweet this year. On one hand, it was Anderson's first Valentine's Day, which was exciting. We dressed him in an adorable "Grandma's Secret Admirer" onesie for the day. He got a cute stuffed animal/blanket and a Valentine's Day bib from Grandma and Grandpa Watkins and Granny brought over a little gift bag that included some bowls and spoons for when he gets a little older.
On the other hand, Valentine's Day was my first day back at work. It was exciting to see all my students again, but it was so hard to leave my sweet baby boy! We are so glad that my mom is able to watch him, so he is in good hands while we're at work. Anyway, Wayne was so sweet and sent me some beautiful flowers at work. All things considered, it was a good Valentine's Day for the Watkins family.
